The average cost of a home inspection is from $250 to $450, depending on the square footage of the home. The age of the home and crawlspace also contributes to the cost of the inspection, give us a call or e-mail us for a free quote.  Roof inspections are $150, pricing goes up if distance traveled is over 50 miles. Different options and pricing is available for apartment inspections, give us a call for details, we'll cater to your needs. Commercial inspection cost vary according to the customers needs, so give us a call and we will work out the details.

Our main service area includes: Jefferson, Grant, Saline, Pulaski, Faulkner, Lonoke, Arkansas, Prairie, Lincoln, Drew, Desha, Chicot, Cleveland, Bradley, Calhoun, Ashley, Union, Dallas and Hot Springs Counties. Inspections will be provided any where within the state; an additional charge of $25 per 50 miles will be added on to the cost of the inspection.
