At Everett Home Inspections, not only do we believe that a complete thorough inspection is important, we also feel the way it is communicated to the customer is as equally important. We want our clients to know the general condition of the property that they are investing in, while providing them with an understanding of the findings and a peace of mind for their investment.
If you're in the process selling a home, it's also a good time to get a home inspection prior to placing on the market. A home inspection will give the seller an idea of the current condition of the property and time to correct the items found in the inspection prior to placing on the market.
We inspect all general components of the property, giving the customer a much better understanding of the property. We point out structural and mechanical conditions of the property, educate the client on maintenance concerns and try to identify any fire, health and safety issues that are visible the day of the inspection. The inspection will provide the client with recommendations that will help prolong the life of various components in addition to general maintenance recommendations.
Computer generated reports are provided the day of the inspection. Findings are discussed with the client and the entire report is e-mailed to the client the same day as the inspection with colored photos included. Reports will range from 27 to 55 pages depending on size of the home, number of photos and number of findings.
